Once you have passed
your driving test, Pass Plus allows you to expand your driving experience
further. People who complete a Pass Plus training course can also enjoy
a substantial discount on their motor insurance.
Why
take a Pass Plus course?
As
a new driver, you are more likely to have an accident in the first year
than at any other time in your motoring career. Lack of experience means
that you can be as much as TWO SECONDS slower to react than a more practised
motorist. Young new drivers are especially vulnerable. They hold only
10% of licences, but they are involved in 20% of road accidents in which
someone is injured. Pass Plus gives you valuable extra experience and
positive driving skills that would otherwise take a long time to acquire.
You should be a safer and better driver.
The NewDrivers Pass
Plus course consists of six modules:
- Town driving and
an introduction to the Pass Plus course itself
- All weather driving
- Out of town driving
and rural roads
- Night driving
- Dual carriageways
- Motorway driving
